Heater baffle replacement

Replacement of a partition of a heater is necessary for carrying out in a following order. Remove sealing strips (1, fig. 4.149).



Turn the knobs of the microfilter cover by 90°and remove the cover towards the top. Release screws and remove heater bulkhead towards top.

The baffle should be installed in reverse order, checking for damage and, if necessary, replacing the rubber seals (1, fig. 4.150) left and right. Lubricate rubber seals (1), left and right, lubricated to facilitate sliding rubber type «technical vaseline».



Clean the guide grooves and coat with grease to facilitate the sliding of the rubber. Guide the heater baffle along the lateral guide grooves and secure it with the microfilter cover.
