Remove the soundproof cover. Remove the oil from the oil filter and drain the coolant, send them for recycling. Protect the generator from contamination.
Disconnect the hose (1, see fig. 6.92) and disconnect the loop (2). Remove screws (3.4) and remove the oil filter housing together with the oil-to-liquid heat exchanger, if installed.
Remove bolts (11, see fig. 6.11) fastening of the liquid-oil heat exchanger (9) and remove it from the body (1) oil filter.
Install the oil heat exchanger in reverse order, cleaning all sealing surfaces and replacing the oil filter housing gaskets. Change engine oil. Start the engine and let it idle until the oil pressure warning light goes out. Stop the engine, after 10 minutes, check the oil level in the engine, add oil if necessary.
