This scheme allows you not to change the direction of rotation of the wheels, because. the change leads to intensive tire wear. It is also not recommended to rearrange the front wheels back and vice versa.
For safety reasons, the valve must always be replaced when replacing or removing tubeless tires. Depending on the type of disc, different mounting bolts are used.
Upon completion of the rearrangement of the wheels, it is necessary to check the pressure in the tires of the wheels and check the reliability of the tightening of the wheel bolts with a manometric wrench, a torque of 140 N.m (14.0 kgf·m). Periodically, every 1,000 km, check the tightness of the bolts.
Install only dry and clean bolts. If the thread is damaged, the bolt must be replaced.
Lock bolt location (top arrow), relative to the valve (bottom arrow) shown in fig. 2.36.
This position minimizes the imbalance caused by the weight of the new bolt.
Take care not to damage the paintwork on the light alloy wheels. In case of accidental damage, restore the coating with a layer of varnish.
Attention! When changing tires and wheels on a vehicle with a satellite navigation system, the system must be recalibrated.
Wheel replacement is detailed in the section «Wheels and tires».
