Remove bolts (1 and 2, fig. 16.31) console mounts. Using fixture «61.6.250», unscrew the nut (3), remove the console (4) wiper and disconnect the loop (5).
Installation of the wiper arm assembly with the electric motor should be carried out in the reverse order, while it is necessary to replace the rubber buffer (3, see fig. 16.9). Replace top if necessary (7) and bottom (8) damping ring parts. bolts (2) console fasteners tighten to 10 Nm (1.0 kgf·m).
Screw on the nut (4) rubber buffer (3). Before installing the wiper arms, move the wiper motor to the recessed position of the arms.
Check and correct the angle of the levers. If there is a deviation from the specified value, the installation angle must be adjusted using the adjusting screw (1, fig. 16.32). Recheck the angle of the wiper arms.
Holding the adjusting screw (1), tighten the nut (2) adaptation «61.6.250» torque 10 Nm (1.0 kgf·m). lock nut (2) special varnish.
