Removing the tank (2, see fig. 16.25) windshield washer located in the engine compartment (6, see fig. 2.1), must be carried out in the following order. Using a syringe, empty the windshield washer reservoir, unscrew the nuts (7) windshield washer reservoir. Disconnect loop (14) from sensor (6) liquid level in the tank.
Unblock and disconnect the hose line (9) and lift the windshield washer reservoir. Unlock and disconnect the hose lines and remove the windscreen washer reservoir.
pull pumps (1, fig. 16.38) windshield washer vertically upwards and remove them. Rotate sensor (2) liquid level indicator approximately 90°in the direction of the arrow and remove it. Remove the cap and filter from the washer reservoir.
Installation of the washer reservoir should be carried out in the reverse order, while it is necessary to replace the sealing rings and pump filters. Lubricate the O-rings of the pumps with a slip agent.
Insert foot (1, fig. 16.39) the reservoir into the loop and press the washer reservoir down until it locks into place with an audible click. Pay attention to the absence of kinks and twists when laying the hose lines.
Fill the windshield washer reservoir with special fluid.
