Integral arm replacement (4, see fig. 14.3) on a car with a spring spring, it is necessary to carry out in the following order. Hang the car, remove the wheel and brake caliper, securing it to the body with a wire clamp. Remove encoder (23) wheel speed and disconnect the anti-roll bar strut from the rocker arm (15). Disconnect shock absorber from rocker arm and guide arm (6) from support (1) wheel bearing.
Loosen the nut (14) and disconnect the transverse link (11) from support (1) wheel bearing. Support the wheel bearing support with a garage jack, unscrew the nut (22) and remove the bolt (21) fixing integral (4) and rocker arm (15).
Pull out the rocker arm (15) downward direction. Remove bolt (5) and remove the integral lever (4).
Installation of the integral arm should be carried out in the reverse order, while it is necessary to install the rocker and integral levers, and then tighten the new nut (22) bolt (21) by hand. screw in the bolt (5).
Lower the car on wheels and load it. Tighten the nut (22) torque 250 Nm (25.0 kgf·m) and bolt (5) torque - 105 N·m (10.5 kgf·m).
The replacement of the integral arm on a vehicle with an air spring should be carried out in the same way, while the fuse of the air supply system must be removed to prevent it from tripping.
