Remove the cover and remove it together with the microfilter from the tank. Using a clean syringe, draw out the brake fluid from the reservoir.
Attention! Recovered brake fluid cannot be reused and must be disposed of.
Unlock and disconnect the loop (1, fig. 11.43) brake fluid level sensor. Disconnect the supply pipe (arrow, 2) hydraulic clutch. Wring out plates (3) tank fasteners located on the left and right and remove the tank (4) from the brake master cylinder.
When installed on a vehicle «DSC» it is necessary to additionally loosen the fastening clamp and disconnect the supply hose of the booster pump of the system «DSC» from the master cylinder reservoir. At the same time, fix the pumping hose in a vertical position so that brake fluid does not leak out.
The installation of the compensation tank of the main brake cylinder should be carried out in the reverse order, while it is necessary to check the rubber bushings (2. fig. 11.44) pairing the reservoir with the master brake cylinder and, if necessary, replace them. Bleed the brake system.
