2. Remove the steering wheel (see Section Removal and installation of a steering wheel, the block of an airbag and its slip ring).
3. Remove the lower section of the instrument panel lining (see chapter Body).
4. Remove the undercut ring (1).
When installing, pay attention to the position of the ring (1) in relation to the snap ring (2).
5. Remove the upper casing of the steering column (see Section Removal and installation of casings of a steering column).
6. At the appropriate complete set disconnect draft of the Interlock system from the ignition lock.
7. Turn out a tightening bolt and push down a steering shaft steering in a direction downwards.
When installing, replace the self-locking nut.
8. If necessary, remove the steering angle sensor from the steering shaft.
9. Cut off the disposable screw with a chisel or cut off its head.
When installing, install the spacer and tighten the one-time screw until it breaks at the neck.
10. Disconnect all wires leading to the steering column, remove the screw and disconnect the ignition lock connector.
11. On models with automatic adjustment, remove the bolts (3).

12. Turn out bolts of fastening of a bearing pipe and remove a steering column.
13. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. After installation:
- Set the correspondence between the rotation angle for EDC and DSC systems and the actual angle.
- Check the freedom of movement of the steering column over the entire range of adjustment in relation to adjacent parts / pipelines.
