To compensate for the difference in the number of revolutions of the wheels when cornering, a differential is located in the rear axle gearbox. Depending on the model and year of manufacture, vehicles can be equipped with two different versions of differentials. Differential without wheel speed differential limitation and with 25% differential limitation (limited slip differential) to increase the vehicle's cross-country ability when one of the wheels slips.
