Starter Troubleshooting

If the starter does not rotate, then, first of all, you need to check if there is a voltage of at least 10 V required for operation on terminal 50 of the traction relay. If the measured voltage is less than the specified value, then you need to check the wires in the starter circuit according to the diagram. Whether the starter is powered by battery voltage can be checked as follows:

With no gear engaged, turn on the ignition.

Connect at least 4 mm wire² on the starter.

If at the same time the starter works normally, then the wires in the circuit are faulty. In this case, check the starter in the removed state.

Caution: The rein connections must be tight and free from corrosion.
