When installing body parts, it is necessary to achieve the correct air gap (cover joint width (door) and adjacent body parts), otherwise the door will knock or there will be a lot of noise from the headwind while driving. In any case, the gap must run parallel, i.e. the distance between body parts along the entire length of the joint should be the same. Deviations of no more than 1 mm are allowed.
The surfaces of adjacent body parts must be parallel to each other. Deviation for the part closed back inside no more than 1 mm is allowed.
Example: the front edge of the rear door must not be more than 1 mm inward than the rear edge of the front door.
