Diagnostics of malfunctions of system of injection of gasoline

The following prerequisites must be met before fault diagnosis can be used to detect faults: Error conditions during start-up are excluded. It is true for both a cold and a warm engine: do not press the accelerator pedal during start-up, disengage the clutch.

There must be fuel in the tank, the engine is mechanically sound, the battery is charged, the starter rotates with sufficient speed, the ignition system is in order, there are no leaks in the power supply system, there are no contaminations in the fuel system, the crankcase ventilation system is in order, electrical ground connections (engine - gearbox - body) are available. Read the contents of the fault code memory (workshop work).

Attention: If the fasteners of the fuel lines are released, the fuel lines must first be cleaned with cleaning agents or gasoline.
