Check the condition of the flywheel gear rim and in case of significant tooth wear, replace the gear rim.
Drill a hole approximately 8mm deep in the rim just above the tooth gap using a 6.5mm drill bit.
Insert a chisel into the gap between the teeth of the rim and hit it sharply to split the rim.
Heat the new rim evenly to a temperature of 200-230°C and press it onto the flywheel with a chamfer on the inner diameter. Exceeding the specified temperature is not allowed. Use a thermochromic pencil to control the temperature.
Push the rim onto the flywheel by hitting it through the bronze drift.
