Lifting with a portable jack
On each side of the car in the door boxes there are reinforced sockets for installing a rack and pinion jack with a movable arm. When installing the jack, move the upper part of the jack away from the vertical axis of the car, while ensuring a reliable stop of the jack support and eliminating the possibility of damage to the door.
With a garage mobile jack
In front of the car, it is necessary to bring the jack levers under the cross beam, placing wooden linings.
At the rear of the car, place the jack arms under the rear beam. Do not use the rear axle housing as a support.
Towing
the towing cable is attached at the front to the eyelets in the right lower part of the body, and at the rear - to the eyelet in the middle of the rear lower part of the body.
Towing a car with automatic transmission is allowed for a distance of 40-50 km at a speed of no more than 50 km/h. In this case, the selector lever should be set, depending on the model, to the position «N» or «ABOUT» (neutral).
When towing a longer distance, fill the gearbox housing with 1 liter of ATF oil above the mark «maxi» on the probe. After repair, restore the normal oil level in the gearbox housing.
When towing a considerable distance, it is necessary to raise the rear of the vehicle or disconnect the propeller shaft from the automatic transmission output shaft flange.
