1. Inspect the belts, buckles, and belt attachments to the body for visible damage or wear. If the belt has an inertia drum, pull the belt out to its full length and inspect both sides.
2. Fasten and unfasten the belt buckle. Make sure the buckle holds the belt securely and can be easily unfastened when needed. If the belt is equipped with an inertial drum, check whether it is easy to pull out and retract into the body pillar.
3. Check the reliability of the supports of all belts, if this does not require disassembly of the facing panels.
