When purchasing spare parts, we advise you the following.
Branded stations for the sale and service of cars
This is the best source for specific parts for your car that are not sold in other stores (for example, emblems, car interior panels, body parts, etc.). This is the only place you should buy parts from if the car is under warranty.
Spare parts stores
Convenient for purchasing materials and parts needed for maintenance
your car (oil, air and fuel filters, spark plugs, light bulbs, drive belts, brake fluid, paint, etc.). Parts sold in a similar shop are usually of the same standard as used by the manufacturer.
In addition to spare parts, you can buy tools and fixtures there. Some of these shops have departments where you can purchase or order components needed for almost all types of repairs.
Service stations
Good service stations usually stock the most common components that wear out relatively quickly, and sometimes offer individual components needed to repair large assemblies (e.g. brake seals, hydraulic parts, bearing shells, pistons, valves). They can also perform work such as cylinder block boring, crankshaft grinding, etc.
Workshops specialized in the supply of tires and exhaust systems
They may stand alone or be part of a local or national service network. They often offer competitive prices compared to the firm's regional or local dealer, however, there are several aspects to consider before making a decision. Find out which "additional service" can be added to the purchase - for example, installing a new nipple and balancing a wheel is often asked for a price commensurate with the cost of a new tire.
Other sources of purchasing spare parts
Beware of buying parts and materials in the market, on sales from car trunks and other dubious places.
These parts will not necessarily be non-standard, but if they prove to be inoperable, you are unlikely to accept them back. If you purchase parts that are important to safety, such as brake pads, there is a risk not only of financial loss, but also of an accident that can cause serious injury or even death.
Sometimes it makes sense to purchase used components or assemblies offered at salvage yards. However, in this case, only an experienced motorist can make the right choice.
