General information

The steering column is connected to the steering mechanism through an intermediate shaft with a cardan joint.

The steering mechanism is mounted on the front subframe and is connected by means of steering rods to the steering knuckles (in front of the wheel axle). Tie rod ends are threaded for wheel toe adjustment.

All models have power steering. The power steering hydraulic system is powered by a pump driven by a belt from the crankshaft pulley.
