Withdrawal
1. Remove the nozzle -1- with a plastic wedge -2- from the headlight obturator and pull it out as far as it will go.
When removing the nozzle, water flows out, so cover the nozzle with a cloth and substitute a suitable container. If necessary, insert a suitable stopper into the tube.
2. Pull the nozzle off the tube with a jerk. The tube then moves back on its own.
Installation
The left and right nozzles are different from each other. In order not to confuse them, they are marked on the bottom "R" And "L". If the nozzle is being replaced, disconnect the obturator and replace it with a new nozzle.
3. Insert the nozzle into the hole in the headlight obturator and insert into the tube.
4. Remove the nozzle, check that the tube is fixed on the connection. Put it on and secure if necessary.
5. Insert the nozzle into the headlamp obturator.
Examination
6. Turn on the ignition, turn on the lights and have an assistant turn on the washer switch.
7. The jet of water must hit the center of the dipped and main beam headlights.
If the headlight washer should be switched on again, you must first turn the ignition on and off, otherwise the washer will be blocked for 3 minutes
8. Adjust nozzles if necessary.
