Clamp the gearbox at the level of the intermediate case in the bracket and install the gearbox with the bracket on the turntable for disassembly.
Drain the oil from the gearbox housing.
Place the gearbox in a vertical position.
Remove the clutch release fork, and remove the clutch release bearing from the guide sleeve of the gearbox front cover.
Remove the transmission front cover.
Remove the retaining ring and adjusting rings of the input shaft front bearing.
Place the box in a horizontal position and unscrew the reverse light switch.
Turn out a plug of a fixer of a rod of a choice of transfers, take out a spring and blocking cracker.
Move the two locating pins of the intermediate case towards the rear cover of the transmission.
With the lock washer unbent, unscrew the nut from the rear end of the output shaft, blocking it from turning with lock 6039 and using a 30 mm sleeve.
Install a protective sleeve on the end of the secondary shaft.
Press the flange off the output shaft with a puller.
Loosen the bolts securing the rear bearing cover of the secondary shaft
Warning. The right upper bolt of fastening of a cover of the back bearing of a secondary shaft shown on a photo by an arrow is shorter than the others on 3 mm.
Remove the output shaft rear bearing cap and shims.
Remove the bolts securing the rear cover to the intermediate gear housing, with the exception of the left upper bolt
Place the gearbox with the clutch housing up.
Screw special tool 23 1 020 onto the gearbox housing and remove the gearbox housing using special tool 33 1 301.
Pay attention to the position of the countershaft front bearing, which is mounted with a large cage diameter away from the gear block.
Place the gearbox in a horizontal position and sink the two mounting pins of the rear cover into the sockets.
Engage II gear and unscrew the left upper bolt securing the rear cover to the intermediate gearbox housing.
Remove the gearbox rear cover using special tool 33 1 301.
Pay attention to the position of the countershaft rear bearing, which is mounted with a large cage diameter away from the gear block. Remove the intermediate shaft rear bearing.
Disengage 2nd gear.
Using a Kukko 18.0 puller, remove the speedometer drive gear with spacer from the output shaft.
Knock out the pin from the end of the intermediate shaft and remove the tip and adjusting rings from the shaft.
Press the V gear with the Kukko 23 1 050 puller from the intermediate shaft and press out the outer race of the bearing.
Press the 5th gear with the synchronizer blocking ring and needle bearing from the secondary shaft.
Remove the tie rod support, unscrew the hex socket head bolt on the top of the tie housing (this bolt has an intermediate lever).
Remove the pin from the selector shaft.
Remove the intermediate rod, the intermediate lever and the gear selection rod, remove the four locking crackers.
Slightly move the 5th gear and reverse fork shaft and remove the 5th gear and reverse synchronizer cotters.
Remove the pin from the 5th gear fork and compress the sliding sleeve of the synchronizer.
Turn the 5th gear fork rod 1/2 turn and remove it; at the same time put installation marks on the fork.
Remove the retainer ball.
Press the hub of the synchronizer coupling of the 5th gear and reverse gear using a Kukko 23 1 050 puller. Remove the bushing from the hub.
Remove reverse gear and needle bearing.
Using drifts 23 1 060, press out the reverse gear bush and remove the shims.
Remove the pin from the 1st and 2nd shift fork and move it towards the clutch housing.
Engage IV gear and remove the pin from the shift fork of III and IV gears.
Remove the shift fork rods for 1st and 2nd, 3rd and 4th gears.
Remove the four retainer balls from the intermediate housing.
Remove the shafts from the intermediate housing.
