Withdrawal
Remove the air filter.
Disconnect the linkage from the throttle valve actuator.
Disconnect the green wire with a black stripe from the body of the bimetallic spring, and the green wire with a white stripe from the solenoid shut-off valve. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the carburetor.
Disconnect the hoses from the fluid chamber.
Remove the intermediate support of the throttle actuator rod without removing the rod shell from it.
Remove the carburetor by unscrewing the fastening nuts.
Installation
Carburetor installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following:
- replace the carburetor spacer;
- adjust the throttle actuator;
- adjust engine idle and carbon monoxide content (SO) in exhaust gases.
